Prior to Arrosys, Ross had over 20 years IT experience in management, sales and consulting capacities. As the former EMEA Channel VP for Enterasys Networks, Ross was instrumental in the successful development of the Enterasys channel in Europe, Middle East and Africa. With significant contribution in the development of the Enterasys worldwide partner programme and the transition of Cabletron Systems from a direct sales company into a channel centric organisation Ross has demonstrated his in-depth knowledge of successfully building and operating successful business strategies in Europe.
